Having found this poor old hulk rusting on a hillside, we just couldn't let her be cut up for scrap. Many construction projects in Australia in the 1960's were completed by this forunner of the Wabco 222, and she is an identifiable transition machine, developed and manufactured by LeTourneau, but marketed by Westinghouse Air Brake Company (later WABCO) after the pioneering company was acquired.
